Besides providing help over the phone, LIAN can now assist you with more complex tasks right on your screen. You can invite someone from our customer service team to connect to your computer.
To do this, download our support client software to your computer via the following link:
Then click on "Run” and in the the User Account Control prompt click on "Yes". Then call then our customer service department at and give the consultant your client ID and password so that we can make the secure connection to your desktop.
The connection is made via a secure connection (SSL) and requires a new password each time. After ending the support call, no further connection can be made without a new password provided by the you.
